Leader Xcelerator 100 has two parts:

Xcelerator One:

Synergy and Strategy - 2 x 2-hour sessions in your first 20-days to help you establish trust with your team and create a foundation for collaboration and success as you step into your leadership role.

Coaching and Accountability - 3 x Coaching sessions in your next 80-days to help you and your team get in a great rhythm and start really delivering results in the first 100-days with you as their leader.

Xcelerator One: The first 20 days

The foundations 4 success - 4 - hours

Your Xcelerator Coach will facilitate 2 x 2 hour sessions to help set you up for success, so you can make impact in your new role, fast. 

Session 1 - Synergy

2-hour Team Building, Insights and Strengths session - with REACH Profiles

Without a common language and trust, many people don’t get onboard with the new leader - which leads to a lack of alignment and productivity. This can be a major contributor to why 60% of new managers fail. This short two-hour session accelerate the time to productivity by weeks or months and sets you up for success.

Optional (recommended): Culture-check. Gain insight about the engagement and enablement of the team you're inheriting. We'll support you to take a quick culture-check, then help ensure you focus on the things that will get you the quick-wins and set you up for success.

Session 2 - Strategy

Targets without Insights, Priorities and a Plan are only create hope, not success. We help you transition into your new role by gaining clarity and help you define your:

    Why – your role purpose and desired legacy

    What – your priorities and areas of focus 

    Who – your team insights, strengths, skills

    How – your plan of action

Within the first 20 days on the job, you, as a new leader, will lay the foundation for success.

During this critical period, you'll focus on building a trusted, collaborative relationship with your team - one that is essential for long-term success.

Without this foundation, new leaders often face resistance, struggle to gain buy-in, and ultimately fail to gain traction. Establishing trust early on is key to avoiding these challenges.

Xcelerator Two: The next 80 days

Partnering, results and accountability

If you don’t get traction in the first 20-days, it’s hard to recover. Xcelerator 1 sets you up for success in the critical first 20.

Then in the next 80-days you build on your foundations, demonstrate your leadership, and show signs of progress towards outcomes.

In the next 80 days, you will solidify your role as a confident and effective leader.

Your Xcelerator Coach will facilitate 3 x 90-minute 1on1 sessions to ensure you and your team are on track.  

With the insights from your coach, access to leadership software, AI, and data-led tools you gain clarity on successful, sustainable execution, gain accelerated insights around your key partners for successful delivery and outcomes and create a cadence of accountability.

In each session we will review your:

    Why – your role purpose and desired legacy in action

    Who – key partners, new insights, pivots

    What – plan review and update

    How – accountability for you and your team

Culture re-check:

Check in on your Culture at the end of your first 100, gain clarity on the positive impact you have had, and strategise on the priorities moving forward.
